Here in eastern NC, rain will be likely from mid morning through late afternoon with most rain gauges averaging around 0.50" of rainfall before it wraps up around sunset. Temps will climb close to 60° by midday before falling into the 40s by late afternoon. Sunshine returns Tuesday, along with much colder air.
